Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy To secure your booking, a 15% deposit is required at the time of booking. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with your Booking Terms and Agreements which outline your agreement in full, along with a questionnaire to complete. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made in writing and made at least 7 days in advance are eligible for rescheduling or a refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking will result in the loss of the deposit. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Waitlist Policy If your preferred date is unavailable, you may request to be placed on our waitlist. Should a slot become available, you will be notified and given 24 hours to confirm your booking by paying the 15% deposit. Media Consent and Notification By confirming this booking, the client agrees to notify all event participants, guests, staff, or speakers that photo and/or video coverage will be taking place for the purpose of documentation and promotional use. The photographer/videographer is not responsible for obtaining individual consent from attendees unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. By booking, you agree to these terms.
